During the Film Festival or Cannes Lions, hotels on the Croisette are fully booked months ahead and teams end up scattered. At Havre de Paix, everyone sleeps under the same roof: six suites with their own bathroom, twelve guests, and Villa Cara for four more.
In the evening, the villa becomes your venue: a 200 m² reception room and a nightclub with a bar on the lower level, the pool house, and 7,000 m² of fully enclosed, private grounds.

Before
you book
How far is the villa from the Palais des Festivals?
About ten minutes by car, depending on traffic. The villa sits quietly in the hills of Mougins, with parking for 12 cars and a double garage.
How many people can stay?
Twelve guests in the villa’s six suites, each with its own bathroom, and up to four more in Villa Cara, the self-contained caretaker’s cottage.
Can we host a party or a cocktail at the villa?
The villa lends itself to private events: reception room and nightclub with a bar on the lower level, pool house and enclosed grounds. Tell us the format and the number of guests and we will confirm together what is possible.
When should we book?
As early as possible: the Film Festival and Cannes Lions weeks are in high demand. Send us your dates, even provisional ones, to check availability.
Are cleaning and linen included?
Yes: housekeeping two hours a day, five days a week, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance.
